Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's southwest.
Shao Zhou, aged 77, was last seen in Restwell Street, Bankstown about 4.30pm yesterday (Saturday 5 October 2024).
When concerns were raised for his welfare, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Shao is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall with a thin build, short grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, a blue vest, long dark blue pants and white sneakers.
Shao is known to frequent the Bardwell Park area and does not know the Bankstown area well.
