Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Sydney's west.
Janko Poljak, also known as John, aged 87, was last seen on Caroma Avenue, Kyeemagh, about 10am today (Saturday 12 April 2025).
Unable to be located or contacted since, Janko was reported missing to officers attached to St George Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Janko as he lives with dementia.
Janko is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, about 160-170cm tall, with short white hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue knit jumper, grey cotton pants, and white sneakers.
Janko is known to frequent the Illawong area.
