Police Seek Missing Man in Blue Mountains

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Blue Mountains area.

Allan Taylor, aged 43, was last seen at Richmond Railway Station about 3pm on Tuesday (15 October 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, he was reported missing to police today (Friday 18 October 2024) and officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

There are serious concerns for Allan's welfare.

Allan is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing an orange jumper, grey t-shirt, grey track pants and green shoes.

Allan is known to frequent the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury and Richmond areas. He may also be travelling on the rail network.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Springwood Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
