Police have released CCTV vision as they appeal for information from the public over an armed robbery in the state's Northern Tablelands.
About 5.15am on Monday (10 September 2024), a male – armed with firearm – entered a service station on Rouse Street, Tenterfield, demanding cash.
A short time later the male left on foot with cash.
The shop attendant was not injured.
Officers attached to New England Police District attended and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
As inquiries continue, detectives have released CCTV vision of a male that may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The male is described as being 175cm tall, of slim build wearing black pants and jacket with white shoes.
