Police Seek Witnesses in Wodonga Assault Case

Wodonga Police are investigating a sexual assault in Wodonga last month.

Police have been told a 22-year-old woman was shopping on High Street when she noticed an unknown male following her from store to store about 4.30pm on Monday, 16 September.

The male, riding a bicycle, approached the woman and sexually assaulted her as he passed by.

The woman was not physically injured during the incident.

The male is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 175-180cms tall, with a moustache, wearing a black cap, black hoodie with red trim, large gold watch, black jeans with ripped knees and white Nike runners.

It is believed that the male was riding a black mountain bike.

Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
