Seymour Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcycle crash in Tallarook this morning
It is believed a dark grey Honda CBR 500 motorcycle was travelling north on the Hume Freeway when it crashed around 9.09am.
The rider, a 21-year-old Kialla man, was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing.
