Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a young boy missing from the Sydney's west.
Sye McGuinness, aged 7, was last seen on Chavin Place, Greenfield Park, about 7pm today (Tuesday 16 September 2025).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Sye is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 120cm tall, of thin build and with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a white shirt with a symbol on the front and word 'element' and carrying a backpack.
Sye may be riding a blue and white bicycle.
He is is known to frequent the Greenfield Park and Wetherill Park areas and use public transportation.
