Police are investigating a suspicious building fire in Kippa Ring overnight.
Just after midnight, emergency services were called to a business premises on High Street where a building was engulfed in flames.
A crime scene was declared as officers work to determine the cause of the blaze.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area or who may have had CCTV running at the time to please contact them.
