Police Treating House Fire As Suspicious, Albion

Queensland Police are investigating the circumstances of a fire at Albion where a man died and a 33-year-old woman was seriously injured, on Thursday, June 13.

Emergency crews were called to a unit block on Amelia Street around 4.30pm, where a crime scene was established a short time later.

An autopsy will be conducted to confirm the man's identity.

Police are working to determine the circumstances of the fire and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

Investigations into this matter are ongoing.
