A 68-year-old East Mackay woman has died following a fatal traffic crash on the Bruce Highway at Kuttabul on Saturday, December 28.
The woman, a passenger in a Toyota Kluger involved in the crash, was initially transported to Mackay Base Hospital in critical condition; however, has since passed away from her injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate the circumstances of the incident and appeals to anyone who may have any relevant information or dashcam footage to come forward.
