Police have charged a man in relation to a fatal two-vehicle crash in Wamuran on October 20.
Police will allege, just before 3pm, a Mitsubishi Pajero station wagon was travelling west on the D'Aguilar Highway when it crashed into a Ford Everest station wagon, travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Ford Everest, a 57-year-old woman, sustained life-threatening injuries and the passengers of the Everest, a 58-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman, died at the scene.
The driver of the Pajero, a 26-year-old Stanmore man was arrested today, November 12, and has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death or grievous bodily harm whist adversely affected by an intoxicating substance and one count each of did drive under influence of liquor and driving of motor vehicle without a driver licence.
He is due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on November 13.
