Police have launched a search operation for missing 28-year-old man Luke Fergusson at Stalworth in the South Burnett.
Luke went missing from a Proston Abbeywood Road property at approximately 12pm on Friday, June 9, and has not been seen or heard from since.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall, with a proportionate build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Police and State Emergency Service volunteers are today searching bushland and creek areas in the nearby townships of Proston, Stalworth, Abbeywood and surrounds.
The rescue helicopter is also assisting with search efforts.
Family and police hold serious concerns for Luke's welfare due to the cold weather overnight.
Luke also has a medical condition and may appear disorientated.
Police are appealing to any residents within the South Burnett to check their properties, and review their CCTV or dashcam footage from last night, June 9.
While his whereabouts is unknown, police believe Luke could be walking north, possibly through bush.
Anyone with information about Luke's whereabouts is urged to contact police.
