Police have charged a 16-year-old boy with ten offences following an alleged robbery with violence in Wilsonton on Monday, August 19.
It will be alleged at approximately 4.30pm, two males approached a woman as she was getting into her vehicle at a shopping centre carpark on Bridge Street.
The 85-year-old woman was pulled from her vehicle before the two males fled the scene in her white Honda HR-V.
The woman was transported to hospital with a minor head injury and a graze to her left arm.
The vehicle was located abandoned in Cherbourg at approximately 2.40am.
Following investigations by detectives from Toowoomba's Criminal Investigation Branch, a 16-year-old Rockville boy was located and arrested in Toowoomba yesterday, Tuesday, August 20.
He has been charged with ten offences including two counts each of enter dwelling and commit, and unlawful use of motor vehicle, three counts of enter premises and commit, and one count each of stealing, armed robbery, and enter premises with intent.
He was denied bail and is due to appear at Toowoomba Childrens Court today, Wednesday, August 21.
Investigations are continuing to locate the second person involved.
