Police Update 1: Sexual Assault Charges At Oxley

Detectives from Acacia Ridge Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have charged a 60-year-old man with a further three offences in relation to an ongoing investigation into alleged sexual assault offences.

It will be further alleged the man, in his position as a physiotherapist, sexually assaulted a woman in her 50s on three occasions between July 2019 and February 2025 at an Oxley business.

Yesterday, February 26, police charged the 60-year-old man with three counts of sexual assault.

He is expected to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, February 28.
