A 42-year-old Finch Hatton man missing since last month has today been located safe and well.
The man left a residence on Mackay-Eungella Road in Finch Hatton around 4pm on Wednesday, June 24 however never arrived at his intended accommodation in Coppabella.
Police conducted extensive search efforts in the Nebo and Mount Britton area however the man and his vehicle were not located.
At around 5pm today police received information the man may have been in the Eungella Dam area. He was located at Netherdale a short time later and is currently undergoing medical assessment.
Police would like to thank the public, including SES and partner agencies, for their ongoing assistance with the search.
