Police update 3: Missing woman, Toowong 7 April

The investigation into missing 78-year-old Toowong woman, Lesley Trotter, is now a sudden death investigation.

Lesley last spoke to family at approximately 11am on Monday, March 27 and has not been heard from since.

Extensive investigations have led police to believe that Lesley is deceased.

Two crime scenes have been established at the Maryvale Street unit complex where Lesley resides.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of Maryvale Street between midnight on Monday, March 27, and midday on Tuesday, March 28, to contact police.

Police appeal to anyone with relevant dashcam vision or CCTV, particularly between 5am and 7am on Tuesday, March 28, to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
