Police have charged a Deeragun man with the murder of a 44-year-old Townsville woman whose body was located in Bluewater on Saturday, August 13.
The 38-year-old man has been charged with one count of murder (domestic violence offence).
He has also been charged with one count each of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm in relation to shots allegedly fired at a vehicle in Yarlboroo on Sunday, August 14.
Police have also charged the man with one count of stealing after he allegedly failed to pay for fuel at Giru service station on August 13.
He will appear in the Mackay Magistrates Court tomorrow, August 17.
