Detectives have arrested a 22-year-old Collingwood Park man following the alleged stabbing of two men in Fortitude Valley on July 2.
Police will allege the 22-year-old Collingwood Park man was part of the group of four males who confronted a 22-year-old Inala man in Ann Street around 3.10am. It will be further alleged the Collingwood Park man stabbed the Inala man in the back.
A shorty time later the same group of males confronted a 21-year-old Rothwell man on Constance Street where the Collingwood Park man allegedly stabbed the 21-year-old man in the abdomen, and a 17-year-old boy stole the man's gold necklace.
The 22-year-old man was located today at Collingwood Park after he returned from Victoria this morning.
He has been charged with two counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and one count of robbery in company.
He will appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, August 7.
Two 16-year-old boys, both from Bellbird Park, remain in custody for unrelated matters in Victoria. Police will appeal for extradition orders once those matters are finalised.
Detectives previously charged a 17-year-old Bundamba boy on July 3.
