Police update: Armed robbery at Bundaberg 27 May

Detectives have charged two people following the alleged armed robbery of a service station in Bundaberg on Monday night (May 24).

Just after 10am today (May 27) police conducted a search warrant at a Hurst Street address in Walkervale where two men were arrested without incident.

The pair, both aged 23 from Walkervale have been charged with one count each of robbery armed in company, assault occasioning bodily harm while armed and in company, deprivation of liberty and enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.

They are expected to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (May 28).

Investigators are still appealing for anyone who may come across the clothes depicted in the original vision to contact them.
