Police Update: Attempted Murder, Tallebudgera Valley

Detectives from Gold Coast South Criminal Investigation Branch have arrested a man in relation to a shooting incident in Tallebudgera Valley on February 6.

At approximately 10.15am today, February 9, police were conducting further foot searches in the area where the incident occurred.

During this search, a 57-year-old man was located injured in a structure in bushland and taken into custody without incident.

The man has been transported to hospital to be assessed for non-life-threatening injuries and is assisting police with enquiries.

Investigations remain ongoing.
