Police update: Call for witnesses - Unlawful entry/Animal cruelty - Palmerston

Northern Territory Police have charged two men in relation to a violent incident in Palmerston on Sunday.

The Gangs Taskforce arrested a 40-year-old male on Monday and a 39-year-old male yesterday in relation to this incident.

Both have been charged with:

  • 1 x Unlawfully entering a dwelling and causing serious damage
  • 3 x Damage to property

Both have been remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court at a later date.

Investigations into this incident are ongoing and police are requesting public assistance to locate 35-year-old Mr Patrick Mulhall who police believe can assist with enquiries.

Detective Acting Sergeant Jon Spencer said, "Mr Mulhall should not be approached by members of public and police are urging anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Mr Mulhall to make contact on 131 444. Please quote reference 9937559."
