Police Update: Crash At Plympton Park

Police remain at the scene of a crash at Plympton Park.

About 10.43 am, Sunday 28 July emergency services were called to Macklin Street, after reports a child riding a bike was struck by a taxi.

The child, a 4-year-old boy was taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries which are not considered life threatening.

The driver, a 51-year-old man was not injured and his vehicle was towed from the scene for examination.

​South Terrace remains closed between Park Terrace and Ferry Avenue whilst Major Crash Investigators attend the scene to assist with the investigation.
