A 24-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of Senior Constable David Masters, who was fatally struck by a stolen car yesterday morning.
Police executed a search warrant at an Upper Caboolture address where they arrested the Morayfield woman.
Detectives will allege the woman was a passenger of the stolen car which fatally struck Senior Constable Masters on the Bruce Highway just after 3am on June 26.
Police later located the stolen car burnt out on Quarry Road at Moodlu.
The 24-year-old woman has been charged with one count each of murder, arson (motor vehicle) and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Her bail has been refused and she is due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court tomorrow (June 28).
Investigations by the Homicide Investigation Unit and Ethical Standards Command are continuing.
Detectives are continuing their appeal for anyone with relevant dashcam or information regarding the matter to come forward.
