Police have located the bodies of two people at the scene of a house fire at Bracewell, west of Gladstone.
Emergency services were called to the Boneham Road property at approximately 12.30am this morning, November 3.
Upon arrival, the fire was well involved, destroying the home.
A 42-year-old man and a 47-year-old man were both unaccounted for.
Once the fire was extinguished, this afternoon, an initial examination of the scene located the bodies of two people, believed to be the missing men.
A post-mortem and scientific examination will take place to confirm the identities of the deceased.
Investigations to determine the cause of the fire are ongoing.
Police are appealing to anyone with information or relevant vision to come forward.
