A 15-year-old boy has died following a serious traffic crash that occurred in Caboolture last week, October 4.
Investigations indicate around 7:20pm, a Hino 300 truck and an e-scooter collided on Bertha Street at the intersection with Mill Street.
The 15-year-old Caboolture boy, the rider of the e-scooter, was initially taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a critical condition but has since passed away from his injuries.
The occupants of the truck were not physically injured.
Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are continuing to appeal for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or may have relevant dashcam or CCTV vision, to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
