A second person has died, following a fatal traffic crash in Kearneys Spring earlier this month.
Investigations indicate around 11.30pm on December 15, a silver Mazda was travelling west on Spring Street when it left the road and crashed into a pole at the intersection with Muller Street.
One of the passengers in the vehicle, a 22-year-old South Toowoomba woman, died at the scene.
Three other passengers, a 17-year-old girl, 20-year-old woman and 20-year-old man, were transported to the Toowoomba Base Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle, a 16-year-old Kearneys Spring boy, was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries but has since passed away.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.
