A 32-year-old Dalby man has died following an alleged altercation outside a venue on Cunningham Street in Dalby on September 16.
Emergency crews were called at approximately 1.15am following reports a man had been struck, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head.
Upon arrival, a 32-year-old Dalby man was located with critical injuries.
He was transported to Dalby Hospital before being flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he passed away yesterday.
A crime scene was declared at the incident location, and a 33-year-old Capalaba man was located nearby and charged with grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Dalby Magistrates Court today, September 19, where he will have his charge upgraded to unlawful striking causing death.
