Toowoomba Detectives have charged a 33-year-old North Toowoomba woman following investigations into the death of a 53-year-old man at a North Toowoomba address on December 23.
Police will allege they had responded to calls for a welfare check at 11.30am on December 24 when they located the 53-year-old man deceased at a Ruthven Street address.
Police will allege the woman assisted two men, aged 29 and 32, in an attempt to conceal the alleged homicide.
The woman was charged with accessory after the fact of murder and she is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow (December 31).
