Police update: Land search underway for missing Toowoomba woman

A search is underway in the area surrounding Gittins Road, near Toowoomba, for a missing 50-year-old woman.

Traie Olsen was last seen in the Toowoomba CBD during the day of Thursday, February 17 and has not been heard from since.

Traie's silver 2004 Mazda hatchback was located abandoned on Gittins Road.

Traie is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall with a slight build, black hair and brown eyes.

Police are co-ordinating a land search in the area, involving police and SES, and appeal to anyone who may have been travelling on Gittins Road on February 17 or 18 and may have information, to contact them.
