The search is continuing to locate South Townsville man Reece O'Neill reported missing from the Charters Towers area.
The 32-year-old was last seen at a hotel on Main Street in Pentland on Wednesday September 14.
He is described as Caucasian, 183cm tall with a proportionate build, brown hair and green eyes.
His family and police are concerned for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
It's believed he may be in the vicinity of Biloela and investigators are asking locals to report any sightings of Mr O'Neill.
He may be carrying items like the pillow, blanket and back-pack pictured.
Police urge Reece or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact police immediately.
