Police have revoked an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) following an incident today at Brassall.
Police were called to a disturbance around 5.30pm at a Bourke Road address which was peacefully resolved through negotiation and a man was taken into custody.
No one was harmed during this incident.
Police established an exclusion zone just after 7.25pm today in the interests of public safety.
The declared zone is now open. Police wish to thank everyone for their understanding and patience.
