Police Update: Roads Reopen After Fire At Gilberton

Roads have been reopened after a hotel fire at Gilberton.

Police and fire crews responded to reports of a fire at a hotel under renovation at the intersection of Walkerville Terrace and Northcote Terrace, Gilberton just after 11am on Saturday 16 November.

MFS crews extinguished the blaze which caused extensive damage to the premises.

Traffic restrictions were in place for most of the day while emergency services remained at the scene.

Fire cause investigators will examine the scene on Sunday.
