A 24-year-old man has been charged with more than 160 offences following a number of alleged incidents where women were inappropriately filmed in multiple locations across Brisbane recently.

Following extensive investigations by detectives from Dutton Park Criminal Investigation Branch, a 24-year-old Woolloongabba man was taken into police custody just before 11pm last night, June 11, at the Brisbane Airport.

Police seized the man's phone where they allegedly uncovered a number of indecent videos of women taken in public areas in Brisbane without their consent.

The man has subsequently been charged with ten counts of enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence, and 155 counts of observations or recordings in breach of privacy.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on July 3.
