Police have charged six teenagers after an alleged stolen car crashed into a house in Oxley this afternoon.
It will be alleged shortly after 9.00am, police were alerted to a stolen BMW being driven dangerously near Blackbutt.
PolAir monitored the vehicle and tracked it to the Oxley area where it crashed into a house along Oxley Station Road just after midday.
Seven teenagers were arrested at the scene. All were taken to hospital for assessment.
An occupant of the property was also taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A 15-year-old Crestmead boy has been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, negligent acts causing harm and acts intended to prevent lawful arrest. He was also charged with three counts of wilful damage and two counts of stealing.
A 12-year-old Kingston boy has been charged with two counts each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing.
A 14-year-old Wondai boy, a 13-year-old Regents Park boy, a 13-year-old Crestmead boy and a 13-year-old Murgon boy have all been charged with one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and two counts of stealing.
All six boys will appear in the Richlands Childrens Court this morning.
The BMW was allegedly stolen from a Paddington house on July 26.
Investigations are continuing.
