1. The promoter of this competition is Cancer Council Queensland, Address: 553 Gregory Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4004, ABN: 48 321 126 727. Cancer Council Queensland is a registered charity under the Collections Act 1966 (Qld) and with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible to enter this competition entrants must:

1. Register to fundraise for Cancer Council Queensland for Ponytail Project 2022 through https://www.ponytailproject.com.au/ before Friday, 18 November, 2022.

1. Raise and bank the highest dollar amount of funds (per individual) for Cancer Council Queensland for Ponytail Project 2022 through your online fundraising page at https://www.ponytailproject.com.au/ before Friday, 18 November, 2022 at 9am AEST.

1. Entering this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian read and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

1. Cancer Council Queensland reserves the right to invalidate any entry which it considers to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1. If, for any reason, the competition is prevented or hindered being conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or acts of God, Cancer Council Queensland reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.

1. Cancer Council Queensland employees and directors, and their relatives are ineligible to enter.

1. The start date of the competition is: Saturday, January 1, 2022.

1. Entries close: Friday, 18 November, 2022 at 9am AEST.

1. The prize will be drawn: at 2pm AEST on Friday, 18 November, 2022 at Cancer Council Queensland, 553 Gregory Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4004.

1. The competition is open to Queensland registrations only.

PRIZE

1. There are only two (2) prize winners.

1. The first prize winner will receive a JBL Charge 5 Wireless Speaker, and a hideAWAY Deluxe Bundle. Prize is valued at $350.

1. The second prize winner will receive a JBL Go 3 Mini Bluetooth Speaker, and a hideAWAY Favourites Bundle. Prize is valued at $200.

1. Terms and conditions of the prizes:

1. Eligible participants must have registered through the https://www.ponytailproject.com.au/ website before Friday, 18 November, 2022 at 9am AEST.

1. Prizes will be awarded to the first and second entrants with the highest funds raised (per individual).

1. The prize/s is/are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Cancer Council Queensland's decision is final, and it will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
