Powerball's colossal $40 million prize has skyrocketed even further as the grand jackpot remained elusive during last night's draw. The lottery draw number 1412, held on Thursday, 8th June 2023, saw no lucky ticket holder match all the winning numbers along with the powerball.
The winning numbers for the draw, in the order they were drawn, were 17, 15, 28, 12, 22, 21, and 20. The powerball for the night was 11.
Despite the grand prize remaining unclaimed, many other winners emerged from the draw. Four fortunate players nabbed the Division 2 prize of $179,969.35 each, totaling $719,877.40 for the division. The Division 3 prize pool of $894,982.00 was shared among 85 winners, each receiving $10,529.20.
Notably, the lower divisions also saw a significant number of winners. 1,485 winners emerged in Division 4, each taking home $524.05. In Division 5, 3,366 winners claimed $173.40 each. Division 6 and 7 had 48,829 and 63,649 winners respectively, with each winner in these divisions getting $74.90 and $44.65.
The smallest prize of $11.65, which still brought a smile to 889,948 players, was awarded in Division 9. Overall, the total prize pool stood at a staggering $65,876,670.93.
