The Public Health Association of Australia enthusiastically welcomes the appointment today of Professor Anna Peeters to the role of CEO of VicHealth.
VicHealth is a vital agency advancing the health of Victorians by focusing on health promotion, prevention, and public health. But it also plays an important national leadership role.
That is why the PHAA is so excited about the appointment of an outstanding leader in Professor Peeters as VicHealth's new CEO.
"Professor Anna Peeters is leading expert in a range of areas of public and preventive health, particularly in obesity, and is a policy and research leader," PHAA CEO, Adjunct Professor Terry Slevin said.
