Professor Nikos Donos Elected As Dental Fellow Ad Hominem Of Royal College Of Surgeons Of Edinburgh

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) is one of the oldest surgical Colleges in the world. Since its formal foundation in 1505, it has dedicated itself to promoting the highest standards in surgical education, training and clinical practice. Professor Donos joins members from over 140 countries across the world.

Professor Donos, who was recently named in the top 2% of scientists of any discipline globally, is Professor and Chair Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, Director of Research, Director Centre for Oral Clinical Research in the Institute of Dentistry. Last year, he was awarded both an EFP Distinguished Scientist Award at the European Federation of Peridontology (EFP), and the prestigious IADR Distinguished Scientist in Research in Periodontal Disease Award.
