Property and Rating system upgrade

Council will be upgrading its property and rating systems for customers across the Coast including the online rate payment portal, property certificate requests and some planning and development tools - starting from 5pm Tuesday, 7 December 2021.

The new and improved system will provide a central location for all rates payments, property applications and certificate requests - creating a more convenient, streamlined experience for our residents and ratepayers.

While we are upgrading our systems, no rate or water payments will be able to be made via Council's website or by phone from 5pm Tuesday, 7 December to 9am Monday 20 December 2021.

Alternative payment methods will still be available, including BPay and payment via an Australia Post outlet.

Status updates to Development Applications (DA's) may also be temporarily affected. While DA's will can continue to be lodged through the NSW Planning Portal, updates to a DA's status through Council's ePlanning portal may be delayed.
