Property Council Western Sydney Regional Director Ross Grove said the investments brought the infrastructure certainty needed to unlock the potential of Western Sydney's growing communities.
"Western Sydney's future depends on targeted infrastructure like this, that connects people to jobs, homes, and opportunities," Mr Grove said.
"Improving flood evacuation routes and ensuring safer transport infrastructure in the Hawkesbury-Nepean Valley will support housing growth and improve community safety.
"The $580 million commitment to flood resilience and housing growth in the Hawkesbury-Nepean Valley includes $345.3 million for the Townson Road and Burdekin Road project and $234.7 million for Garfield Road West and is a critical step forward.
"The $1 billion pledged to Fifteenth Avenue's upgrade will transform access between the Western Sydney International Airport and the Liverpool CBD, cutting travel times and driving economic growth.
"These are the kinds of projects that will not only change how people live and work in Western Sydney but also secure the region's long-term economic future," he said.
The Property Council also highlighted the critical importance of additional funding announced last year for Mamre Road, Elizabeth Drive, and planning for the Eastern Ring Road and Badgerys Creek Road South upgrade.
"These investments, secured through our Jobs Need Roads advocacy campaign, provide the backbone for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis' first stages of development," Mr Grove said.
