Detectives from Ipswich Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have charged a 21-year-old Fernvale man with multiple property crime offences allegedly committed across south-east Queensland over the past two months.
It is alleged the man was involved in a series of burglaries and attempted burglaries, stolen vehicles, stealing from vehicles and theft of fuel from service stations in various locations in Lowood, Springfield, Helensvale, Teneriffe, Sumner, Redbank Plains and Ripley across June and July.
He was arrested without incident at a fast-food restaurant on Redbank Plains Road, Bellbird Park.
The man has been charged with one count of burglary, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, fraud and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, three counts of stealing and four counts of attempted enter dwelling.
He is expected to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court today, July 15.
Investigations are continuing.
