Detectives from Gympie Criminal Investigation Branch have charged a man with multiple property and drug offences after ongoing investigations into alleged offences predominately targeting businesses in the Gympie area.
Detectives will allege the offences were committed between January 4 to February 20 across Glanmire, Southside, Gympie and Victory Heights.
The man allegedly used a dirt bike during most of the offences.
Detectives executed a search warrant at a Gympie address on February 18 and arrested a man on February 20.
The 32-year-old Gympie man has been charged with three counts of enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence, and one count each of unlawful entry of vehicle for committing indictable offence at night, unlawful entry of vehicle for committing indictable offence, enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, stealing, possessing dangerous drugs, fail to property dispose of needle and syringe and contravention of domestic violence order.
He is due to appear in Gympie Magistrates Court on March 11.
Detectives believe there may be further offences committed by the man, riding a dirt bike, that have not yet been reported. Anyone with information or CCTV are urged to contact police.
