Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to an ongoing operation at Drayton.
The PSPA was declared at 5:58pm, with the exclusion zone including Cambooya Street, Tristania Street, Westbrook Creek and Devonshire Street.
Officers were called to an address within the exclusion zone around 4:50pm before a threat to public safety was identified, resulting in the declaration.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and those within the exclusion zone are asked to remain indoors until further notice.
