Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to an ongoing incident in Wooloowin.
The PSPA was declared at approximately 4.05pm, the exclusion zone includes 100 metres surrounding Hamley Street, including Adamson Street and Kedron Street.
Police were called to the address around 1pm where a number of suspicious items were located, resulting in the PSPA declaration.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and those within the exclusion zone are asked to remain indoors until further notice.
This PSPA is related to the ongoing emergency declaration at Coorparoo.
