Council has carefully considered community feedback regarding the public hearing scheduled for 6 February 2025 - Proposed Council Land Reclassification – Corner of Gibson Street & Howard Blvd. To accommodate more residents and ensure greater participation, the hearing will now begin at 6pm.
In addition to making written submissions, the opportunity also exists to make a verbal submission at the public hearing. Ideally, and to assist the Independent Chair, those wishing to speak are requested to register by 5pm on 15 January 2025. If later requests are made these will be accommodated up to and including the day of the public hearing.
