Qld Police Embraces Review to Boost Workplace Fairness

The Queensland Police Service (QPS) and the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC) will address media regarding the release of an independent workplace equality review conducted QHRC.

The report, Strengthening the Service, highlights a roadmap for cultural change within QPS, focusing on fostering an inclusive and fairer organisation.

The findings stem from a comprehensive review, including research, surveys, and consultations with QPS members from diverse backgrounds.
