Laughter erupted from an Albury man's phone as a life-changing truth dawned on him: a call from a lotto official wasn't a telemarketer's ploy, but the confirmation of his winning of a big slice from the weekend's Saturday Lotto $10 million top prize.

“I just worked it out!” the happy man cried with laughter when an official from The Lott called to confirm his multi-million-dollar prize.
“Unbelievable! I’m one of the three lucky people from Saturday Lotto.
“It is life-changing. I’m still shaking here!
“That’s fantastic!
“I thought someone was trying to call me and sell me solar panels or something! This is the call I’ve been waiting for my whole life.
“Funnily enough, I don’t really play Saturday Lotto that often. I normally play Powerball and Oz Lotto! I’m glad I got this ticket, though. There’s plenty to laugh about today.
“This means the house is paid off, I can finish up at work and do some travel overseas.
“Oh my god! It’s only been 10 minutes since I found out. It rocks your world. It’s the freedom!
