Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
Councillors and Council staff of the Corporate and Commercial Services Division and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entrants must subscribe to the Rainbow Festival newsletter.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
The competition starts on Tuesday 4 March 2025 and ends on Monday 24 March, 2025.
The Prize
There are two separate prizes.
Each prize includes:
- A stylish stay at Yallungah Boutique Hotel for two including:
- Two nights in the hotel's signature Yallungah Suite
- Daily à la carte breakfast
- A bottle of Rowlee wine on arrival
- A local grazing platter
The gift voucher is valid for stays/bookings up to [1 year from prize giveaway date]. The expiry date will be clearly noted on the voucher.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
The accommodation is subject to availability and black-out dates apply.
The vouchers must be used in a single transaction and cannot be partially redeemed.
Advance booking is required to redeem the voucher. Please mention the voucher when making your reservation.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Orange City Council is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation made with the voucher is cancelled without sufficient notice as per Yallungah Boutique Hotel's cancellation policy, the voucher may be deemed forfeited.
Any additional expenses incurred by the Prize winner, other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 10am on Tuesday 25 March, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the competition closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
General Conditions
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not able to be carried out as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Orange City Council, Orange City Council may in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries. Orange City Council is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
