Raptor Squad Charges Comancheros for Brothel Intimidation

Raptor Squad officers have charged two men, both allegedly linked to the Comanchero OMCG, with allegedly threatening women at a Campbelltown brothel after failing to negotiate cheaper prices.

About 5am on Saturday 6 July 2024, police were called to a Campbelltown brothel following reports a man was intimidating women.

Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command arrived and were told two men – allegedly claiming to be members and associates of the Comanchero OMCG – had threatened multiple women and damaged property after failing to negotiate cheaper prices for services before leaving.

Officers attached to State Crime Command's Raptor Squad immediately launched an investigation into the incident.

Following extensive inquiries, Raptor Squad officers arrested a 35-year-old man – and alleged member of the Comanchero OMCG – at a home on Longhurst Road, Minto, about 5.50am Monday 23 September 2024.

He was taken to Campbelltown Police Station where he was charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm.

The man was granted conditional bail to appear before Campbelltown Local Court today (Thursday 24 October 2024).

Following further investigations, Raptor Squad officers arrested a 39-year-old – and alleged Comanchero OMCG associate – on Box Road, Casula, at about 8.10am Monday 23 September 2024.

He was taken to Liverpool Police Station where he was charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm, common assault and destroy or damage property.

The man was refused bail and appeared before Liverpool Local Court on Monday 23 September 2024 where he was further refused bail to appear before Campbelltown Local Court today (Thursday 24 October 2024).

Police will allege in court an unknown man contacted the brothel the day after the incident and offered protection for money.

Investigations into the incident continue.
