Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Razaq Al Hamzah.
The 28-year-old is wanted after failing to appear in Shepparton Magistrates' Court on nine warrants, including possessing drugs, weapons, theft and driving charges.
Al Hamzah is believed to be actively avoiding police and is known to frequent the Shepparton, Mooroopna, Kialla, Echuca, Craigieburn and Mill Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Al Hamzah in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as being 175cm tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair.
